Goals:

  • Today I am looking to start doing outreach for AI Agents for Businesses and start doing videos as much as I can.

  • I am starting outreach and also looking to do daily blog posts to detail progress and output of my work

  • Build out an agent for Shannon from Senior Helpers

  • Cold Email Shannon from senior helpers.

Hope you are doing well. I saw your job offering on Upwork for a Claude Automation Engineer and wanted to reach out and see how your contractor was doing. Critics don’t know shit

I posted about wanting to learn about sales and I got this comment:

whats good man, i could give you some tips on how to find clients but thats a whole skill you gotta learn, and often software engineers are not built for sales

I wanted to add this section as this was my favorite part of the Founders podcast that he does not do anymore.

Also if you look at the vast majority of successful companies over the past two decades I think you can find numerous examples that prove this is not true (Jim Ballsillie of Blackberry was great).

New Workflows

I think there is a great possibility to create a workflow that goes:

  1. Find jobs on Upwork (would need to be a local browser)
  2. Find the CEO of the company posting
  3. Build an example implementation of their project for free
  4. Cold email them offering to implement it for free and if you do a good job then they leave a review.

Would be a great way to get clients to start out and escape upwork stupidness. Thankfully Upwork has done such a great job of cementing their brand as the first place that people should look for odd jobs that a marketplace has formed of poeple looking for this type of work.
